Qualifying U.S. orders of $50 or more receive free standard shipping when the order meets the threshold displayed at checkout. Discounts, exclusions, or destination restrictions may affect eligibility.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery estimates shown at checkout begin after processing and are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
TRACKING
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after the order ships. Tracking information can take time to update after the carrier receives the package.
ADDRESS ACCURACY

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or fulfillment begins. Additional shipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility.
LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, and the carrier before contacting us.
If an order arrives damaged, contact cosmiccakestudio@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
If a package appears lost in transit, contact us so we can review the tracking information and determine the appropriate next step.
